Confidentiality

The Fundamentals of Flexibility webinar is a 90-minute pre-recorded video designed to provide an overview of the science of flexibility training. By completing your purchase, you agree to enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement, meaning both you and Flexibility Research Ltd agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information learned by either party during discussions, coaching sessions, calls, emails, or otherwise. Such "confidential information" includes, but is not limited to, financial information, coaching strategies, exercises, or other methodologies you learn as a result of studying this webinar. You and Flexibility Research Ltd agree that the responsibility to refrain from disclosing or sharing any and all confidential information learned as a result of your watching this webinar and participation in any and all support calls shall survive the expiration of Flexibility Research Ltd services to you. This means that you and Flexibility Research Ltd both agree to keep confidential information private, even after your completion of the webinar and after your participation in any and all support calls. Should you breach this provision and disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to Flexibility Research Ltd, you understand that additional action may be taken by Flexibility Research Ltd up to and including legal actions.

Intellectual Property

You agree and understand that Flexibility Research Ltd has created original, creative works in connection with the webinar, and you agree that Flexibility Research Ltd maintains all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in the webinar, whether created prior to your viewing or specifically for you, including but not limited to: documents, charts, emails, graphs, products, systems, processes, handouts, worksheets, tutorial videos, trade secrets, marketing strategies, advertising strategies, guides, and any other original work created by Flexibility Research Ltd. You agree that you may be granted a limited right to use selected materials in the course of your own business but you understand that the rights remain with Flexibility Research Ltd. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property from Flexibility Research Ltd to you, nor grant any license to use the information, other than which is expressly provided in the webinar. You agree and understand that you are not to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist in others selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content or intellectual property owned by Flexibility Research Ltd or obtained through working with Flexibility Research Ltd, without express written consent. If such behaviour is discovered or suspected, Flexibility Research Ltd reserves the right to immediately end your access to the Flexibility Research Forum without refund, as well as access to any program or materials you may have purchased, without refund, and reserves the right to prosecute any actionable infringement or misuse to the full extent of the law. You understand that in purchasing the webinar, you are gaining access to view all content and information available as part of the webinar, as well as any additional information or content shared with you by Flexibility Research Ltd as the author sees fit. You understand this means you have been granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to read and use the information provided for use in your business and life, as instructed or allowed by Flexibility Research Ltd. As a "licensee" you understand and agree that you will not copy, edit, distribute, duplicate or steal any information or content obtained through the webinar without written permission by Flexibility Research Ltd; post, distribute, copy, steal, or otherwise use any portion of the webinar without written permission by Flexibility Research Ltd, and you understand that any such use may constitute infringement; or share purchased materials, information, or content with others who have not purchased them.

Indemnity

You agree at all times to defend, fully indemnify and hold Flexibility Research Ltd and any affiliates, agents, team members, or other party associated with Flexibility Research Ltd harmless from any causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of your use of the webinar, as well as any third-party claims of any kind (including legal fees) arising from your actions as a direct or indirect result of your viewing the webinar and participation in any and all support calls.

Voluntary Participation

You understand and agree that you are voluntarily choosing to enrol in the webinar and support call(s) and you are solely responsible for any outcomes or results. You acknowledge and agree that Flexibility Research Ltd is not responsible nor liable to you should you sustain any injuries, incur harm, or encounter any negative ramifications. You agree that you are fully responsible for your health and wellbeing, including your participation in watching this webinar and support call(s) and any results therein.

Disclaimer

You understand and agree that Flexibility Research Ltd cannot guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or changes to your current situation, and you will hold Flexibility Research Ltd harmless if you do not experience the desired results. You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and of your own free will, and you readily understand that you may not experience the desired results or those achieved by other clients of Flexibility Research Ltd. You understand that all services provided to you by Flexibility Research Ltd in connection with the webinar being purchased are provided on an "as is" basis, meaning it is without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance. You are choosing to purchase this webinar and work with Flexibility Research Ltd on a purely voluntary basis and you do not hold Flexibility Research Ltd responsible should you become dissatisfied with any portion of the webinar. You agree that you do not have a cause of action, legal remedy, and you are not entitled to a refund should you not achieve the results desired following completion of the webinar and support call(s). Flexibility Research Ltd does not make any guarantees or assurances regarding a particular financial outcome based on your use of this material, nor is Flexibility Research Ltd responsible for your earnings, or any increase or decrease in finances based upon information within the webinar or support call(s). Any information or testimonials regarding past and current clients' participation in programs or working with Flexibility Research Ltd contained on websites or in sales material that contains financial information are individual, and results may vary.
