Teacher

The webinar is written and presented by Dan Van Zandt, widely regarded as the world's leading expert on the science of flexibility and stretching.

Dan has been researching and teaching the science of flexibility since 1998; he has been delivering strength-based flexibility training in the online space longer than any other coach currently active today.

In addition to bachelor's and master's degrees in Kinesiology (the science of human movement), Dan is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, a certified personal trainer, and a sports physical therapist.

Dan has delivered lectures on the biomechanics, neurophysiology, and psychobiology of flexibility and strength training at universities around the world, and currently teaches the world's most in-depth course on flexibility training.

You can read some of Dan's writing on the subject of strength training here, here, and here.
